My academic career started in 2006 at Savannah State University. There, I studied and acquired a Bachelors of Science degree in Behavior Analysis. Behavior Analysis analyzes data produced by human actions over a period of time, later those actions can be influenced to create favorable results. In 2010 I discovered that these principles could be transferred into the online arena as a form of marketing, in that early stage of discovery I still wasn’t aware of the extent of how far I would go into online marketing.

In February of 2012, after many dead end paths, and spending copious amounts of money on home based business “educational” materials I decided I was going to stop banging my head up against the proverbial wall of internet marketing, and I was going to do what very little people decide to do. I set out to get my Masters of Science in Internet Marketing. In February 2013 after completing the accelerated master’s program at Full Sail University I received my Graduate Degree with a GPA of 3.54.

Before, during, and after the completion of my graduate studies I worked in the Internet Marketing field. If you continue through this site you will notice that I have experience in many different areas of Internet Marketing. From E-mail Marketing to Social Media Marketing; or from Search Engine Marketing to Brand Reputation Management, I have covered it all. Individual successes exist in all areas.

Starting from a “home based business” model, then transitioning to a more “corporate” model gives me a huge edge. Some people would compare it to the antidote of having both book and street smarts. Most people go through life with one or the other, but the most successful people have a combination of both. The best example of this would be my Facebook advertising formula. I have access to software that can turn a Facebook campaign from a $1,000 25% conversion; to a $600 80% conversion, same ad content, same amount of views, just cheaper.

With my 10 years+ of hands on internet marketing experience I have the necessary skills to scale and grow almost any company.

My core competencies are digital design, analytics, funnel creation, web layout and design, strategic campaign creation, search engine marketing (SEM), and content creation as it applies to search engine optimization (SEO).

I collaborated with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements for the client’s integrated marketing campaigns, including Print, Email, Social and SEO. As the subject matter expert in Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEO keyword generation, and optimization of data via customized, insights-oriented tagging implementation and project planning I developed KPIs and formulated conversion strategies. I frequently interacted with development teams to provide implementation requirements to make separate campaigns feel "as one". The position requires that I stay abreast of internet marketing industry and web analytics trends and best practices with I do through my Feedly app, Buzz Sumo, podcast, and conferences.

As the Director of Digital Marketing, I gathered and interpreted analytic data, created a fully operational Bing PPC campaign that encompassed all company services (65+), fully created georgiaappealsattorneys.com using Word Press, created multiple landing pages, and found untapped marketing opportunities. Traffic was increased by 13%, while spending only increased by 4.8% Additionally I managed reporting operations and analytics delivery by, identifying usage trends, working with users, recommending report addition, elimination, consolidation. I also completed routine report enhancements and additions. maintained up to date documentation on all reporting and production processes. I also created two marketing videos using After Effects.
